Complete all the necessary paperwork. You will be asked for your work experience, work references, list of skills, etc.
Meet with a Staffing Coordinator for an initial interview to further discuss your skills, experience, job interests, current position availability, salary requirements, etc.
Our business hours are from 8 - 5 Monday through Friday. No appointments necessary. Please come in at your convenience.

Is there a fee?
A job seeker never pays a fee for our services. How often should I contact your office after my interview with the employment coordinator? Please check in with us 2-3 times per week if you are available to work.
How long does an assignment last?
Assignments may vary in length from one day to six months, a year or longer. Most assignments lead into a permanent position. Assignments are solely dependent on the employers’ needs & your work performance.
When I am on an assignment for a TPI customer, who is my employer?
TPI Staffing Service, Inc. is always your employer. Your TPI Employment Coordinator is your contact for all work assignments and employment issues.
How and when do I get paid?
TPI pays weekly pending receipt of an approved timecard. Direct deposit is available. We look forward to having you join our TPI Staffing Team!
